Payment Options:
At Volkaz Shopping, we prioritize convenience for our customers. Therefore, we offer two payment options:
1. Cash on Delivery (COD): We understand that not everyone prefers online payments. With our COD option, you can pay for your order in cash upon delivery. This allows you to inspect the products before making the payment.
2. Bank Transfer: If you prefer to make the payment before the delivery, we also accept bank transfers. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with our bank account details. Simply transfer the total amount of your purchase to our account, and we will proceed with the delivery.
Shipping Method:
We offer shipping services exclusively within Addis Ababa, ensuring that your products reach you quickly and efficiently. Our shipping fee is a flat rate of 150 birr.
Please note that currently, our shipping services are limited to Addis Ababa only. However, we are constantly working to expand our services to other parts of Ethiopia in the near future.
